Below is an overview of the services Orbital Machining provides.

CNC Machining
We can do 4 axis simultaneous machining on our Bridgeport Rigid-Ram knee mill. We can also do 2 axis machining on our Femco HL-25 Durga lathe.

Engraving
We can engrave 2D and 3D shapes with our CNC mill and engraving software.

3D CAD
With our Alibre Design and OneCNC software, we can produce a 3D model of your product.

Polishing and Finishing
We can give your product a polished finish with our stand mounted buffing machine, we can vibratory polish your smaller pieces with our vibratory  tumbler, or we can make arrangements to use a third party vendor to finish your product to your specs. We will soon be adding an anodizing setup for those who require this type of finish.
